Exclusive Membership Benefits
Smoke & CO Detector Battery Replacement — a $200 Value Included
During your annual visit, B&B Electric will replace the batteries in all standard smoke and carbon monoxide detectors at no charge*. If your home uses 10-year sealed detectors or combination smoke/CO units, our technician will test each device for functionality and confirm expiration dates.
20-point Electrical Safety Inspection — a $350 Value Included
Each year, a licensed electrician will perform a complete 20-point inspection to ensure safe, efficient operation of your electrical system.

Regular price for this service is $350, included free with your membership.
Extended Warranty Protection
Your membership doubles our standard warranty:
- 2-Year Labor Warranty on all repairs completed while your membership is active
- 1-Year Parts Warranty, or manufacturer's warranty if greater
If B&B Electric supplies the product, both parts and labor are covered. If the product is customer-supplied, B&B Electric’s warranty covers installation workmanship only. Failures of customer-supplied products are not covered, and reinstall labor is billable at standard rates.
Active Membership Requirement: Warranty extensions apply only while membership is active and in good standing.

Reduced Dispatch Fee — Members Pay Only $39 (Save 50%)
Members enjoy a reduced $39 dispatch fee (standard: $79). When the estimate is approved, the dispatch fee is credited toward the job, even if a return visit is required.

Service Availability
B&B Electric currently operates exclusively during standard business hours. Membership benefits — including the reduced $39 dispatch fee — apply only to appointments scheduled within those business hours. The PowerCare Club does not include or guarantee after-hours, weekend, or holiday service availability.

15% Member Discount — Up to $1,000 Per Year
Members receive 15% of all residential electrical repairs and upgrades, with a maximum of $1,000 in total savings per membership year. Discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.

Complimentary Project Estimates
Members receive complimentary quotes for upgrade or renovation projects at the reduced $39 dispatch fee. Non-members pay the standard $79 fee.
Transferable Membership
If you sell your home, your membership may be transferred to the new homeowner at no cost. The original membership term, pricing, and benefits remain unchanged and continue under the new homeowner.
* Accessibility Policy: Battery replacement applies only to detectors located within safe reach (up to 10–12 ft ceiling height). Detectors installed higher will be visually inspected and functionally verified through the interconnected system or manufacturer’s method, but not physically serviced for safety reasons.
